Macro Mondays - Pareidolia

Simply described you could say that Pareidolia is when your brain makes you see patterns or faces where they actually doesn't exist. Like when you see animals in clouds and so on. This week the admins in Macro Mondays wanted us to find faces in everyday objects.

I went out and found this skull face in a bird dropping.

Deep or Depth is this weeks theme and I took this photo of our son yesterday where he is deep into is book sitting with the feet in the refreshing water at our pond.

Macro Mondays - Chip(s)

I was really tired when I finally drove home from my job and workout so I actually was very clear with just going into the store and buy a package of Pringles and I did, but on my way to the cash register I walked by some bananachips and figured that those where more fun to take photos of than regular chips.

This weeks theme is residence and I was thinking about going out in the woods to find some nice residence for ants or bugs when I came to think of the Jackdaws that is living in our chimney.

Today I found this little pine cone laying in the moss on a stone and just loved it.

FotoSondag - Background

This weeks theme is a bit tricky. Background could be interpreted in at least two ways. I have chosen to take a photo where the background is very dominant but still isn't taking over the photo.

Not much to say about this theme. Or maybe that I discovered that I have much browner eyes than I thought!

Foto Sondag - Treasure

This weeks theme in Foto Sondag is "skatt" a Swedish word that could either mean tax or treasure. I have chosen to interpret as treasure.

I live in the countryside and for me walking out in the forest listening to the birds and the leaves whisper in the wind is like finding a treasure every time. So this little Chaffinch will represent my treasure.

Macro Mondays - Crime

There are so many things that you can do with a theme like crime, but keep in mind it needs to be in macro. I was thinking of taking our Cluedo boardgame out and do something with that when I suddenly came across the thought of using one of my beloved smurfs again. And this one is definitly commiting a crime by driving way to fast on a 50km/h road.
