Stalpet Waterfalls

 We've been on a short road trip to our son in Linköping and on our way home we decided to visit Stalpet, a waterfall not that far from where we live. I had my ND-filters with me and I'm really happy with the result. 

Dahlia flower

 This year I've been obsessed with growing Dahlia in the garden. Love the colors and the different shapes of them. Took this photo an early morning with morning dew still on the flower.

Forsakar Waterfall

 We've been on a short holiday on Österlen in Sweden. Been walking around in the beautiful nature a lot and visited Forsakar Waterfall. Photo taken using Nisi ND-filter with 6 stop.

 We went to the west coast of Sweden over Easter and climb the cliffs at Hunnebostrand to get this view. So different from the landscape where we live.

V=Vatten

Vatten/Water is something that I'm very glad that we have in our home. I have started to take waterdrop photos and are enjoying it so much.

Watersplash!

I know this photo is far from perfect, but I got my Pluto Trigger and Pluto Valve today and this is the first collision that I really managed to capture. This will be fun to learn :)

Summer at the stream

I sat and looked through all the photos I have not edited and found this little gem from one of my first tries to use ND-filters.

Autumn!

The autumn is here and that means lots of lovely colors on the leaves. I went down to the old mill and took some water photos yesterday.

A female Mallard in our pond!

A couple of weeks ago when I walked down to the pond I found a single female Mallard swimming around there. She was kind enough to let me take som portraits of her.

Been on a little expedition today. My mission was to use my ND-filters and I found a great spot for that the other day. Only the second time using them, so I think I did pretty good.

Macro Mondays - Gone Fishing!

This is so NOT a perfect theme for someone who actually has fish fobia, but I still couldn't resist to contribue. Because what looks more peaceful and calm than a person sitting with a fishing rod a warm summers evening.

FotoSöndag - Doldrums

Fotosöndag is back again and the theme is doldrums or calm or lull whatever you want to call it. Earlier this summer I took this photo of a leaf slowly floating around in the very calm water and I thought it worked great for this theme.

FotoSöndag - Erosion

I kind of new right away what I wanted to take photos of for this weeks erosion theme. Last year we built this pond in the middle of our forest and the edges of that has very significant signs of erosion since all the rain and water from melting snow has made grooves on the edges. My husband drove me down there so I could jump around with my crutches and camera to make this photo happen.

Foto Sondag - Waterdrops

I was not that happy when I realized that most of the photos I took during this waterdrop session was out of focus, but this one turned out pretty good anyway.

I've been playing with water today and suddenly this blue monster appeared!
