Macro Mondays: Lit By Candlelight

This week we are challenge to take a photo where the only lightsource is candlelight. I got this crazy idea about shooting my Ski Smurf in artificial snow. I used a very high ISO which caused the photo to be a bit grainy, but I still like the way it turned out with the snow overlay as well. I used 6 or 7 tealights as my lightsource and had the camera on a tripod.

Macro Mondays - Stick

There is plenty of different kind of sticks in a house and in a garden. I took some photos of matchsticks that was really good but I wanted something that not everybody else was going to photograph and then I came to think of my swatch sticks for all my nailpolish. This is a few samples of my red ones.

Macro Mondays - Buttons and Bows

I was looking for fun buttons in my home and ended up with this photo with a not so very fun button, but a composition that I really liked.

FotoSöndag - Expectation

Expectation or Anticipation well I feel expectation everyday before Christmas when it's time to open my adventcalendar. My husband has one with one different beer everyday and I get a nailpolish in mine :)
