Another Blue tit

 This poor little blue tit got all his feathers in disorder by the wind today!

Elk portrait

 A couple of days ago we had a very nice guest in our garden. A young Elk that feeded on pears from our tree. Since the background was a bit disturbing I made it to a solid portrait. 

Coal tit

 Right now we have so many birds at our feeding station, but I have a little favorite and it's the Coal tit. Here in black and white. 

Zebra

 Went to a zoo in the community close to where we live. Took this portrait of a Zebra. 

Goat

 Christmas is over and a new year has begun. I have a lot of photos that hasn't been edited from last summer and here is a throwback to a visit to Grönåsens Älgpark. 

Elk

 I live very near the forest with fields surrounding our house and yet I rarely see any elks. I know they are here because I can see the signs down at our pond that they visit there and drink. So imagine the joy when I here that there is an elk walking in a field very close to us and it's still there when I arrive. These animals are just incredible powerful and handsome when you get to see them so close and in there real habitat. 

Zebra finch

 We went to an elk park the other day and outside of that facility there were an aviary with Budgies and Zebra finch. Took this portrait. 

Fox

 This fox seems to visit the fields just outside our house almost every evening. 

Baby Magpie

 Right outside our bedroom window a Magpie couple have their nest and the other day this little Magpie was sitting under the bush.

Rabbit

I found this photo from April 2016 today and are really not sure why I haven't edited it before. I think it's a really good photo of a rabbit in our garden. 

Horse

 I needed a good horse photo for a challenge I was entering. Found this among photos I took 2016 at the Tingsryd Travbana. Made some changes and are really happy with how it turned out.

Common Caffinch

I have taken and edited a lot of photos lately, but forgotten to post them here. I've started to take some online courses and this was editing with the help of some Lightroom presets. Very fun to work with the photos this way. 

This little Common Caffinch and it's friends is seen very often in our garden right now. 

Deer Tick

This very handsome gentleman was standing on the field just outside our house this morning. I knew that he would run away if I walked outside, so I took this photo through the window.

Cows!

We went for a ride to look for birds and this is my favorite photo from our little trip around the village!

E=Elefant

Elefant is as you might understand elephant in Swedish. I got this crazy idea of taking a photo of my toy elephant and place it in a photo from Öland, Sweden that almost look like the savanna. I took my quite some time and maybe it isn't perfect, but I had fun doing it.

Mallard

Just found this photo of a female Mallard in our pond. It was taken last summer, and right now I miss summer.

The Mouse

I found this poor little creature in a mouse trap this morning. Very much alive, so I sat it free in the garden and hope it made it. It was a bit in shock when I first released it so that's why I could get this close and take the photo.

Macro Mondays - Patterns In Nature

Taking a walk you can see soo many wonderful patterns in the nature surrounding you. This amazing butterfly sat down on a flower just beside me.

Roe Deer

Yesterday, when I went down to eat some breakfast this beautiful roe deer was standing in the middle of the field outside our house. I just had to go out and take some photos.
